Blogs are fun and all, but...

I think if I were to do it over, I'd just make a Facebook page and not do the blog at all.

That seems to be an easier way to post more often, and have more interaction with all the people so important to us. It's easier to put a picture and a caption on FB from your phone than to do anything with the blog. Let that be a lesson to any future adventurers out there! My opinion says: use facebook, don't make it complicated.
St. Petersburg Pier building shortly after dawn this morning. To be torn down and replaced starting this month.

The best part of blogging, for me, is the comments you leave! We try to be an inspiration to everyone (especially to our family and friends, who we love more than anything) and getting confirmation of that makes the heart sing. Discussion of something we've seen, heard, read, or experienced is something I enjoy, and am learning to be more adept at.

Jenn left Nola this morning, heading northwest. Wind, waves, rain, and currents don't have quite as much impact on her travel this time! Though traffic may still be a hassle...

  1. Agreed. The short, easy, interactive format is my attraction to twitter. Which posts to FB anyway, so... meh.

  3. Thanks to all for your wonderful comments, thoughts and expressions of interest and love! I agree with Nate, a Facebook page would have worked better. I did enjoy blogging this adventure though!
